Emily Rae is a speculative fiction writer, represented by Maria Whelan of InkWell Management.
She has been writing professionally for over ten years. Her writing experience includes journalism, scriptwriting, and copywriting for over one-hundred websites and a variety of marketing materials. She is currently the proprietor of a marketing firm which produces brand strategies, websites, print materials, and videos for a multitude of industries.
To build on her knowledge, she has taken college level writing courses, attended multiple online writing courses conducted by established editors and authors, and is part of her local writing group. She is also a member of Literary Cleveland and is on the committee for her local literary writing conference. She has spoken on building an author brand at multiple writing conferences, to help writers grow their social media and website presence.
She runs The Writer's Website, building websites for fellow writers with the mission of giving authors an affordable, professional, and easy-to-manage website.
